| This work presents a Vetorh system function for competence analysis, applied to Senior Company. The same is intended to perform the mapping of skills and contribute to the people management in the company. The module is developed in Delphi language with the help of Senior Library Visual Component Library (SVCL). As result there is the identification of competencies to be developed or leveraged in relation to the current position, and can also do relations to the team\'s work or a desired position, thus, there is a clear indicator of the desired skills and competencies developed, helping to decision making in people management. |
