| This work was developed in conjunction with a cooperative credit and aims to reduce the stock of cash subject to the associated service level. By developing a model of demand forecasting and stock replenishment of cash, it was found that the greatest difficulty lies in the randomness of the withdrawals at ATMs. These withdrawals have considered variations related dates such as weekends, holidays and payments according to the day of the month. By this factor has created a system to control supply and forecasting replenishment through a model of periodic replacement. |
