| This work presents a desktop application that controls the made changes in events involving print forms that are used in the production line of a plant. These changes use concepts of the best practices provided by ITIL library to better manage of IT services. It is intended to provide control and the ability to ensure a reliable history of all changes in the forms. The application is developed in Java, uses the MySQL database to store the data. As a result there is the possibility to find who was responsible for particular change. |
