| This graduation work presents the development of a sofware module, in order to control and manage non-compliances, integrated into the Electronic Quality Management System software (eQMS) used by Calesita Indústria de Brinquedos. The software is developed in a way to serve the applicable requirements of ISO 9001, in order to record and control non-compliances in the company. The requirements were incorporated into the software, in a way that becomes unnecessary to the user the interpretation of the Regulation, or the knowlegde about it, to record and control the non-compliances. The development of the software module resulted in the improvement of quality processes, once that data recorded in a well-structured manner can be easily accessed and used to extract information to the decision making. |
