The information systems are critical to have a good relationship between the company and the client, without them information that are important for the company growth may get lost and/or forgotten. Taking this into account, the objective of this paper is to present the development of an application to assist the client management department of a SPA and assist the users to have a better interaction with their clients. The developed application uses as a method the programming language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and JavaScript and the database MySQL. The results of this paper showed that the clinic can better attend and satisfy their clients, allowing the staff an improved agility in their services.
