| This study aims to develop a software management and control of project documentation, where you can store projects, link schedules, register stages, activities and sub-activities, link documents, track time and manage the delivery of documents needed for projects. The software is developed based on the PMBOK, in the areas of time, quality and communication, as well as the quality standard ISO 9001 for the control of documents and conformity. To help control the delivery of the documents, the software has a scheduling process notifications that performs scanning of opens projects, checking the time and triggering alerts via e-mail and internal communication when it identifies some pending. For better management of these reports, a history is stored for reference. |
