This work is the implementation of a management system reports for Installation of Oracle Database-based SIG for the enterprise Senior IT Services Ltd, to streamline the management and generation of reports of activities sent to their customers. From the information management can be a more precise diagnosis and agile to ensure integrity in the installation of the database held by the consultant through the installation of Oracle model, and validate the installation by the system that automatically generates the report full of activities and standardized. To ensure access to information generation and the system works in online and offline, facilitating access of the consultant during the service performed. To improve the process of management by the managers of graphics management system provides for control, management and monitoring of services to customers. The system was developed using the Delphi and Oracle Database XE.
