| The present work approaches the subject of the quality related to the software interfaces, using techniques of usability engineering. These techniques consider modifications to improve the quality, to extend the interaction control on the part of the user and diminishing the work load, through screens and objects that are compatible with the necessities of the users and the tasks to be carried through. The evaluate adequacy of these techniques, will make development of an order system. For this, they will be developed, in the truth, two versions of the system: before and after the application of the techniques of usability engineering. Of this form it will be possible to evaluate the influence of the use of these techniques on the degree of satisfaction of the user. To speed the development, the Genexus tool will be used. |
