| The present work consists of a system for controlling the process of programming and controlling the production through the Kanban method, which aims mostly at automating the Planning area activities of a textile company. The resources made available by the system help the Planning area control the production in a simple and efficient way, mainly by focusing on the easy visualization of the deviations, the reduction of the cycle time and a better utilization of the physical resources. To get that, the system is interconnected by a computer network using the Transmission Control Protocol Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) technology, with its specification based on the orientation to the objects and the implementation done in a Delphi 7 programming environment. |
