| With the high competitiveness existent in the market, the software development organizations need a qualified process to generate products with quality. With this purpose, they appeal to quality models that establish good practices to be adopted by the companies. A recent model in this area is the Brazilian Software Process Improvement program (MPS.BR). This model is based in the internationally accepted quality standards and uses the existent knowledge in the already available process improvement models, but adapted to the Brazilian companies context. A process described in the MPS.BR is the one of Human Resources Management (GRH), which has as purpose to provide the orderliness and the Human Resources (RH) projects necessary to achieve its goals. This work was developed in Delphi environment and had the implementation of a tool to help a company manage their RH as its purpose. The tool works for all the expected GRH process results (total or partially) of the MPS.BR model. |
