Abstract:
With the constant market evolution the companies, by necessity, search for ways to follow these changes. The dynamism and confidence in the decision making process has become essential for the survival of the company. The following paper has as objective to present and to describe the development of a Business Intelligence by means of the Data Mart along with techniques of decision cubes, being applied to the AMC Têxtil order backlog. It was used in this paper the methodology of object oriented analyses and developed the Caché database and OLAP Browser tools, searching for agility and the necessary dynamics for the process of decision taking.
