| The Information Technology (IT) as business sustentation tool has a primordial role in the organizations. In this sense, with the finality of maximize yours goals and strategies, emerged the IT Governance concept. As part of the process, this work has as objective build a web based application to manage changes in IT infrastructure, according to the framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). The tool, which has been developed in PHP language using the MySQL database, allows managing the execution of changes requests in corporative environments. |
