This work describes the creation of a normalization web system, applied to control the storage, consults, distribution and the development of norms techniques. The environment web provides the development of the norms for people of diverse branch offices of the company who for happiness cannot be in exactly local physical, contribution tools allow that the pertinent subjects the norms can be dealt with rapidity and seriousness for the involved ones. The specification was made using UML and the development in C # for web (ASP.NET), the data is stored in the database MySQL.
