| This work describes a system of aid in the resolution problems occurred in the opening of archives, envoys for electronic way, for a periodical of daily circulation local using the Case-Based Reasoning together with the implementation of the Nearest Neighbor Algorithm for the search of the case most similar. For the elaboration of system it was used the Structured Analyzes methodology and, for the implementation, the environment of development Delphi 6 and the database Paradox. |
