| Worries about information being stored in electronic media but not being organized in accordance to the theoretical conjecture, have lead to this paper. Documentation is presented, most of the times, in an empiric way and by the end of its validity is simply treated like files that are no longer used, a favorable condition for the identification of the documents activities and its future use for the creation of the documental series. |
