| This work aims the elaboration of a system that aids the formation of teams in business games. For that is used a diagnosis'system of ability, which has been aiding the coordinators of the business games in this task. Nevertheless, in formation of teams they should be taken in consideration other judgments like sex, knowledge in computer use and the participants’ occupation. So, in this work a system of formation of teams based on the approaches described alove was developed. For the specification of the system the prototype methodology was used and for its implementation was used Delphi environment. |
