| This work has for objective a study of the application of the concepts of management of defined software projects for PMBOK - Project Management Body of Knowledge - in the ambit of the management of costs of projects, also applying the technique of Analysis of Points for Function (FPA) as metric. To demonstrate some of these concepts, the prototype of a system of management of costs was developed in projects of software, that assists to the patterns established by the area of management of costs of PMBOK. |
