| The future norm ISO/IEC 15504 and current project SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability dEtermination) have an objective of standardazing the assessment of software processes aiming to determine the enablement of an information organization. This norm is based on the best characteristics of the present models like CMM and BootStrap. It has as a basic objective to determine if the processes are effectively reaching their objectives and to identify causes to low quality, high cost or excessive time, indicating the priorization in the improvement of the process. This work has an objective to analyse the norm and to elaborate a software gives support to the assessment of software process based on the ISO/IEC 15504. |
