| Abstract: |
| This project presents the development of a simple and intuitive app for event management, mainly focusing on task management, collecting resources and people to collaborate. The app focuses on academic, corporative, beneficent and private events, where the main focus is on providing a friendly and collaborative enviroment for event management. The app was developed based on suggestions, ideas, and needs, faced by people that occasionally organize or help during the planning of an event. Firstly, for this purpose, research was done to support during the development of the system's main screens and functionalities, focusing on ergonomy, usability, and user experience. Through the Design Thinking process and user- centered techniques, prototypes were developed and validated, to develop the final screens of the app. Furthermore, the low-code tool Power-apps was chosen for development of the app, and SqlServer was chosen as the database. As a result, this work brought a homogeneous view of the software development and analysis needed to ensure a good user experience. |
