| Abstract: |
| This work presents a specification, development and operability of GerFacil's collaborative event management system. The main work of developing a web system responsive to an assignment coordinates how information related to event management in a collaborative way. The system was developed in Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, MySQL database for data storage, Bootstrap version 4 framework for responsible user interface implementation, integration with Facebook for logon, event registration and comments, and integration with Google Maps for bookmarking and debt. The information gathering and the knowledge of the current system was done through a search in the literature and in the theoretical foundation about an organization of events, collaborative systems and usability standards and graphical interfaces. Through an evaluation, which relates to the Model 3C (M3C) with the user requirements, was able to verify the usability and communication in collaborative systems (M3C-URUCAg) conducted with some participants, it was possible to verify the efficiency of GerFacil, and purpose and the specific objectives. In addition, it was possible to obtain new and better expectations with the participants of the evaluation. |
