| Urban change in general has been constant and also based on the exchange of housing types, that is, where previously large houses for families prevailed, today there is a predominance of vertical (buildings) and horizontal condominiums (such as terraced houses ). This is due in part to the decrease in the number of family members who opt for greater practicality and safety. Living in condominiums has its benefits, now managing them is not the simplest tasks (many variables involved): personal issues (mediation of conflicts), financial, employees, accounting, security, etc. To solve the problem and help in the processes, the technology, through a specific information system, can be a great ally. This work aims to present a web system, which assists in the administration of small condominiums managed by the person of the trustee. For the development of the system the main tools used were Java environment for web, Hibernate framework and MySQL database for data persistence, the framework for page layout of the chosen system was the PrimeFaces and the role of web server Glassfish was chosen. |
