| Abstract: |
| This work presents the specification and development of a mobile application (app) entitled FreeImóveis, which aims to facilitate the first contact among users, as well as instruct on the process of buying and selling real estate. The app is completely free, allowing users to review the property searched, know the region of the property by Google and make comments about the property collaboratively. In addition, the FreeImóveis app communicates the seller of the property by email, when any user is interested. In the development of the interface was used the Android Studio Tool, together with the server, developed in the Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE) in Java Script and using the MySQL database. The FreeSmobile app was published on the Google Cloud Platform, availability of the app and realizing the integration of the platform with the SendGrid service to send email, as well as web service of ViaCEP was consumed to facilitate the registrations in the app. Finally, a usability assessment was performed with end users using the Relationship of M3C with User Requirements and Usability and Communicability Assessment to groupware (M3C- URUCAg). As a result, an application was obtained that, in addition to facilitating the purchase and sale of the property, also instructed users on how the legal process of buying and selling a property works. |
