Título: HEPATIC: UM PROTÓTIPO DE APOIO À DESCOBERTA DE FATORES QUE AUMENTAM O OBITUÁRIO DE PACIENTES HEPÁTICOS TRANSPLANTADOS

Abstract:
This work presents the construction of a prototype for extraction of data from patients with liver transplants, and with that, analyze patterns that influence the obituary of these patients. With the assistance of health professionals, we analyzed the procedures of the Santa Isabel Hospital transplant center and a data sample of 158 transplant patients. From the sample a manual correlation of factors contributing to the obituary of patients was performed. For this, relevant data were grouped into patients and divided into two groups for correlation: death and survival groups. Faced with this correlation, possible reasons for the obituary of the patients were analyzed. This analysis was validated with Maíra Godoy, a physician responsible for the Santa Isabel Hospital transplant center. In this process, some of these analyzes were discarded and the rest were accepted. We defined the creation of a prototype that allows the molding of correlations from an imported database, resulting in the development of Hepatic, a Web prototype that allows the correlation directed to patient obituaries and other relevant technical data of the center of transplants. We compared the results generated from the prototype in relation to the manual obituary causes, previously validated by health professionals. The result of 97% correctness of the Hepatic information on the manual survey was obtained. It is concluded that the work reached the proposed objectives considering that the prototype allows the analysis of causes that contribute to the mortality rate of transplanted patients.
