| This work presents the development of a system applied to the management of real estate leases, focusing on the optimization of the maintenance processes and registry of eventual problems encountered during the validity of the contract. The purpose of the system is to facilitate the channel of communication between the lessee and the real estate agent who manages the leased property, allowing the recording of new maintenance occurrences, control of the rental agreement, recording of surveys and obtaining administrative reports for decision making. The system was developed using the Maker Studio provided by the company Softwell, which highlights the possibility of developing applications in a visual and easy way. The development of this work was successfully completed, taking into account the needs of the company's operational sector, which has been applied, making control of maintenance requests more efficient and accurate. |
