| This paper describes the development of a prototype of an application to monitor the heart rate of patients with heart failure. In order to collect the heart rate in the smart watch we used the Samsung watch S2 Classic as wearable technology and a mobile application was developed to control the measurements of the watch and to store them. The wearable application, developed on the Tizen platform, it was used in JavaScript along with HTML and CSS rather than the native platform, C and C ++ languages. The mobile application was developed for Android platform through the Java language. For communication between wearable and mobile devices was done with a library, Accessory SDK, by fabricator Samsung. The results obtained demonstrate that the system fulfills the purpose for which the heart rate historic was developed, either autonomously or at the user's initiative, although Tizen is limited in relation to other alternatives. |
