| This work describes the design of a domestic animal identification and tracking system using RFID chips as unique code identification and Maker from Softwell as development infrastructure. The text describes the structure and functionality of a web application that allows the registration and maintenance of information about the animals and their guardians. To demonstrate the operation of the system we build a case study simulating a real environment. The final solution, although at the prototype level, showed that the construction of an RFID- based system to support non-governamental organizations dealing with abandoned animals is possible. |
