| This work has as objective of implementing an Executive Information System to support the strategic decision making process of the sales department of a medium metallurgic company, through consultations and analyses in reports, graphics and spreadsheets, using Data Mart, OLAP and decision cube resources. The main concepts, techniques and technologies used in the development of this system are also showed. |
