| This work is to create a desktop system for the control of insurance production to optimize the time spent on manual tasks. The purpose of the system is to manage the production of insurance brokers, relating to requests for insurance quotes, issue tracking request a proposal and consultation policies. This in use is intended to facilitate and improve the control of brokers towards its open demands. The system has availability of issuing several types of reports from the amount of sold or renewed policies as well as the amount of requested budgets. For development we use the integrated development environment Delphi 7 and Access database. The results allow us to infer that the technology used was adequate to the established purposes to manage the production of requested brokers, related to requests for insurance quotes, issue tracking request a proposal and policy consultation, the developed application facilitates and improves the control of brokers towards their demands open.
