| Abstract: |
| This paper presents a web tool that aims to help in the assessment of training of an organization. The tool is based on the goals and practices of the Capacity Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). For the development of the tool was used the programming language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and for storage of data we used the MySQL database. The results obtained with the construction are more convenience and flexibility in the process of asserting the training be performed in organizations. |
