| The urban landscape of large cities has changed, where the construction of condominiums has become indispensable for housing development, managing a condominium is not easy, because it demands time and able to exercise the management people. Therefore investing in technology to meet the needs of this follow-up can be a lucrative option. This work aims to present a web system that allows administered quickly and securely managing condominiums. For the development of the system were the main tools used environment Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), the MySQL database for data persistence, the Bootstrap framework for page layout system, the JavaScript events for specific treatments and the role the Apache web server was chosen. The system for managing condominiums had results like the ability of the administrator to access and organize multiple tasks, even between different condominiums, using a single system. The tenant and the visiting user's system also offers easy access to resources while doing a search for information, bringing comfort, convenience and time savings for all who make use of system resources. |
