An effective inventory control is a determining factor for the success of a company. For being an important part of the assets, it’s necessary to have a system that meets the needs from the inventory control of the company. The company Strand Bier in the beverage industry, has a range of more than 400 kinds of products in its inventory, without any strict control. The objective of this work is to identify the different factors that influence the inventory, developing a control system for the company. A system to control the movement of products coming in and out, reports like ABC curve, more and less products sold and sales projection is proposed to solve the company\\\'s products control. The result of the analysis showed a misuse of company’s resources in physical space and on dates of purchases, types of products to be purchased at any time. Based on the data analysis of the situation, some recommendations are outlined through the development of the system. To the system development, PHP language was used, with database manager MySQL and CSS and JQuery for interface.
