This paper aims to explain the development and implementation of an Information System (IS) for managing reservations for equipment for a business of Information Technology (IT), with integration of Active Directory users. Control procedures reserves, records and control of equipment, among others, are performed palliative. In order to solve these issues, we developed a system in which the company\'s employees are able to schedule a reservation system maintainer and manage them, issuing reports, viewing the panel reserves and records of information pertaining to each reservation, please other requested features. Developed in PHP using the JQuery library, uses the MySQL database to store information and to use our web site is using the Apache HTTPD. The validation routines of the system ensure that reservations be made by users without any conflicts of equipment and schedules. With the registration of the equipment is possible to control the entry and exit and state that the equipment is at the time of return. With the integration of Active Directory users are in Agility gained in the booking process. The elaborate system meets the needs of the company at this moment, and matches well the objectives of the present work.
