This paper presents the development of a computerized system that meets the requirements of the tax deferral PIS and COFINS, aiming to automate the delivery of information needed for accounting that it can perform the book keeping. Artificial intelligence will be used to automate the necessary relationships of control deferral through the JAVA programming language and technology MYSQL, applying RBC techniques and heuristics. As a result we have the availability of the file EFD Contributions to the records relating to differed taxes.
