| This work presents a web system that aims to facilitate the socialization of knowledge between the different levels of the company, while still allowing space for ideas to be launched and evolved as form of continuous improvement by the company. For this, we used actual tools and technologies, most of then open-source so that dont make a budget impact on the company in terms of license, such as Liferay portal plataform, Glassfish Server and Velocity. As a result, it can be seen a process of collecting and refining the ideas of employees, a sense of co-participation of the employee with the company and its goals and a way to register the knowledge preventing its lost with the departure of a particular employee. |
