This paper presents a system to automate the management and control of product samples in the web interface, making the process faster and more reliable, where the applicant can track the status of the request. It was developed a tool that is to control and divide the process of requesting into smaller tasks. With greater control over the requests you can speed up the process, thereby avoiding delays and have greater control and monitoring of requests. For development, we used the PHP language and MySQL database.
