This paper presents a web based system to manage and control the Accessorial Obligations provided by an Accounting Office. The system was developed using the Java language, Oracle Database and the frameworks Hibernate, ICEFaces, Quartz and helps the administration and management of Accessorial Obligations provided by Accounting Offices. With more control over the Accessorial Obligations provided by the Office, it is possible to avoid delays and the consequent fines, and keep track over the responsibilities of each employer of the company.
