This papper presents the development of a virtual environment that enables the creation and implementation of tests between teachers and students. The environment also implements the security requirements user authentication and audit trails. The differential of this papper is to use a digital certificate (E-CPF) type A1 of the Brazilian Public Key Infrastructure (ICP-BRAZIL). The digital certificate is used to authenticate the administrator of the virtual environment and to allow this user to digitally sign the virtual diploma of a student. For the development of the environment used the PHP programming language and programming environment DreamWeaver CS5 with the MySQL Database.
