| This paper presents the development of software to control the QoS of network computers, assuming that there is no technique of network QoS. The purpose of this software is to improve the quality of the network traffic so that there is no need to hire more links where often the problem is not resolved. The purpose of this software is to make the network administrator can have control, classification of network traffic can prioritize what is most important in the control network.The downloads as is done for uploads.
