This paper presents the development of an information system to support the training process in the organization. The system is based on the goals and practices of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). The system developed in Java allows to record the coming of the need for courses that employees and managers also monitor the evaluation of the effectiveness of training conducted. Thus the system allows for increased quality of courses offered by the companies. Data is stored in MySQL database that is hosted on a web server, the information can be remotely monitored by managers.
