| Abstract: |
This paper presents the development of a requests send module and control of kitchen orders called by “InfoCook”, with integrated management system “InfoMotel” whose purpose is the automation of applications requested by the guest to the kitchen of a motel / hotel. The application focus is related to the transmission and control of orders, responsible for the compliance with all the steps necessary for the order to be sent and the kitchen has received it, with the lowest cost-benefits and also creating a more effective control and quality management in this process, until the final conclusion, which is the delivery to the guest. Among the technologies used in developing this module, we highlight the programming in 3 (three) layers. The construction of the screens following the same methodology used in the developing management system “InfoMotel”.
