| This paper presents a web-based system for managing the outsourced printing of Regional University of Blumenau (FURB) in order to reduce costs and simplify administration of printing resources employed. The system automates the process of collecting and sending counters printed pages to companies, manages supplies and monitors the status of the equipment. It is used by the User Support Section (APUS) and was developed in Java, using the SNMP protocol to communicate with printers over the network. |
