| This document presents a System of Property Management and Dissemination through the web, since the process of searching for properties to buy or just rent for the summer season is most often difficult and does not meet the actual needs of the people involved. Thus we developed an information system (IS) to link information about properties offered by real estate (project partners) in the city of Itapema, state of Santa Catarina in a website. To develop this work was used to PHP and AJAX technology. As a result we obtained more organization, agility, performance, effectiveness research and dissemination of properties. |
