| This works have as objective a study of software project management concepts application definded by Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) - in the ambit of cost management, scope and period line. To demonstrate some of these concepts, there was developed the project managing prototype\\\\\\\'s, that assists to the estabilished pattern by PMBOK and the needs of a local company. |
