This study proposes to develop an information system for Document Management Systems (DMS) in a totally web-based environment, founding in deployment projects administration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. For the development, the PHP language and the Oracle 10g Express Edition database management system will be used, and the system requirements specification will be done through the Enterprise Architect and DBDesigner Fork tools. With functionalities such as automation of documents approval flow of deployment projects, free area to upload and download generic archives, documents maintenance control and manipulation historic data creation, make this study\\\'s outcome able to help Service One Sul company to manage the generated documents in ERP systems deployment projects.
