| This paper describes the development of an Information System, more specifically a Transaction Processing System (PTS), which helps in control of spending by customers of a company that provides services to copy and graphics in general. The main focus is to enable the storage of information and consultation in a single environment (system) so organized, quick and easy access, allowing greater control and agility for service orders generated by the company, and control monthly for services rendered. To develop the application used the Eclipse programming tools, iReport and database MySQL. |
