| The present work have the objective of expose the development and the implantation of an information system for management of a medical clinic. This clinic is the Cardiomed and is initiating its activities. Just in the beginning the administrators perceived difficulties with the absence of a information system to assist in the control of the clinic. This considered system will allow the register informations to schedule exams, prescription emission, findings and visualization of the historic of the patient, among others requested resources. The system will allow access to the informations of the clinic by any place, throught Web, for users with access to those resources. |
