| This work describes the design of an application to analysis and help the evaluations of the software developing costs, utilizes metrics of analysis by Function Point Analysis - version 4.1 (FPA), who defines the size of a software by qualifications of its outside functionality based on the logic project or data model. Also is possible, evaluating a research of the software developing costs, utilising the FPA variables: indicant counts method and percent estimating method with intention to helps the initial costs estimates for the negotiations with the customers. |
