| Abstract: |
| The study has the purpose of using the PSP – Personal Software Process model as a tool to manage software processes, in the way that the software engineers and small software companies can control and improve quality in their software processes. The PSP model was applied for a prototype of management system for the Safety Engineering Section, that will control and get available necessary informations to this section. The prototype was implemented in Delphi environment using the Paradox data base management system. The reached results were a well documented project; practice of planning; and a historical schedule of each performed task, that will help in future planning. |
