| The Internet popularity as a low cost communication media raised the interest about technologies for voice communication using the IP protocol (Internet Protocol). This work intends to specify and implement a prototype of a VoIP system (voice over IP). The prototype was developed for full-duplex voice communication, from computer to computer (PC to PC), on a Windows environment. The control of the communication stabilishment between two computers was done using a H.323 freeware library. |
