| This work presents the functionality and the potential of the Goal-Question-Metric (GQM) approach that supports the definition and implantation of operational and measurable improvement goals. Now this approach is being used enough in researches about software quality. As form of demonstrating GQM was developed a support software prototype that aids the development and execution stages of the GQM plan. |
